The dosing station for syrup and jelly meets the need of moistening permeable and absorbent prdocuts such as sponge cake, plum cake, mille-feuille or of covering cakes and desserts with jelly. The dosing station consists primarily of an end that touches the product to be moistened and of a valve regulating the syrup opening. The whole is motioned through a pneumatic translation system. The dosing station for syrups can work both as an independent unit and as a group that can be integrated into and synchronized with filling machines.
