Cryogenic tunnel

This cryogenic gas tunnel is designed for deep-freezing food products. This gas (nitrogen) allows very quick product freezing: the freezing process occurs spraying the cryogenic gas throughout the tunnel, where electric circulating fans provide uniform airflow onto the
food product.
This tunnel is designed for a continuous freezing process, which makes it suitable for the integration into production lines.
The freezing cycle and the equipments installed on the tunnel are PLC controlled.
