The Iceform line is a Procma project originated from the exigency of producing different forms of extruded icecream.
This machine is mainly made up of a plates chain system with closed ring that winds on two basic
zones: the product forming zone and the temperature dropping zone.
The product forming zone can be fitted with various types of stations, such as extrusion and cutting batchers, sticks inserting and biscuits adding devices, etc…, on the basis of the product that is wanted.
The temperature dropping zone is made up of a double spiral tunnel at different levels, with input and output of the chain system on the same level.
The product can be taken out of the machine by means of a barfiller or a chain turntable, both being suitable to do the icing of the outer surface of the ice-cream.
