The chocolate-covering device was conceived to cover different kinds of products (rolls, cakes, biscuits, Sicilian cannoli, waffles) either completely or partially with chocolate.
Chocolate atomizing onto the Replica Breitling Transocean product is done through spray-guns that allow to regulate the amount of chocolate to be atomized as well as the surface to be covered.
The chocolate-covering device can work as a group integrated into and synchronized with intermittent-cycle filling machines.
