Gravimetric dosing station for jam

Based on its many years of experience in the field, Procma expressely developed a dosing station for very thin or very thick jam. This dosing unit can also handle jam with pieces of candied fruit and very thick jelly without spoiling even the most delicate pieces.
The peculiarity of this dosing unit lays in its sanitizing simplicity and the possibility to be connected to a centralized CIP system, plus the possibility to be filled with both cold and hot (95°) product.
The gravimetric dosing unit fills the containers by controlling the product weight. This dosing system allows to fill from small sized cans to bigger buckets. The gravimetric dosing station for jam can work both as an independent unit and as a group that can be integrated into and synchronized with filling machines.
