The sponge cake dosing station can separate and dose sponge cake slices of different shapes into containers, like trays or cups, or step-by-step onto continuous production lines.
The slices are loaded into the appropriate storage units and then are dosed one by one onto the product to be decorated or onto the production belt.
This dosing device was expressely conceived to avoid problems created by the crumbs, through
dedicated crumb-collecting drawers removable from the side.
The sponge cake dosing machine can work as a group integrated into and synchronized with intermittent- cycle filling machines.
